Cancellation policy
50 % of grooming fee per pet
We require a 24 hour notice for cancelations. There may be a 50% of grooming fee per pet charge for cancellations and no shows are 100 % of grooming . This must be paid prior to your next appointment, repeat offenders will not be rebooked.
Inclement weather policy
In the event of severe weather, including dust/heavy rain or heat over 115 degrees, appointments will be rescheduled for different time.
Appointments
All appointments are estimated time frames of arrival only. Subject to change due to weather, traffic, dog behavior and or condition of pet before your appointment . or any other unforeseen mechanical issue. We will do our best but we cannot guarantee arrival times.
THERE IS A ONE HOUR WINDOW OF ARRIVAL. MEANING, IF WE SET IT UP FOR 2PM, IT MEANS WE WILL BE THERE BETWEEN 2PM AND 3PM.

We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe your pet is overly stressed or aggressive. If we deem them unsafe for further grooming , there will be a $40.00 charge if the grooming just started. And may be prorated if more grooming got done, up to full price. if your pet is stressed though we will be bringing your pet back in.
We refuse to groom unsocialized, aggressive, fearbiting,or pets in bad health including heart or seizure issues. for everyones safety. And also any dog who is coughing due to kennel cough outbreak.
